Natural Family Planning (NFP) Classes
Ever since I was ten, I was obsessed with the human body and the marvelous way it all worked together. I was taught early on about my cycle, and was shocked to find that most girls my age didn't have a clue about how it worked, much less how to track it. That started a passion for educating my friends that fit in seamlessly with my career as a doula.
This class can be offered two ways - cycle tracking and fertility awareness. It's a great option for girls wanting to learn more about their bodies and for couples wanting a more natural way to plan their families. It's an hour long, and includes the slides and support afterwards! The whole service is $60, but is free for birth doula clients. Contact me to learn more!
