Welcome, my name is Juliet LeBorious! My passion for birth began when I was ten years old and sat in on the birth of one of my (many) little brothers. Since then I’ve been privileged to attend over sixty births, and every time I come away awed at the power and glory of it. I have dedicated my life to this field because I believe birth is a sacred chapter for mama, baby, and their whole family. And what a joy to be a part of it!
My purpose as your birth doula is to provide the emotional and physical support you need in your labor, birth, and postpartum. My desire is that you and your husband feel confident working together as a team, and my prenatal education reflects that. I believe learning and preparing for labor and birth is invaluable! My role in your birth is to fit your need, whether that's hands-on support, advocacy in a hospital setting, breastfeeding help, or anything in between!
I completed my doula training and certification with a local birth center in 2022, and have been supporting births since then! I still keep in touch with many of my old clients, and confess that getting picture updates or birthday party invites pretty much make my day.
When I’m not working, I can be found starting a new hobby, taking walks, reading, holding babies, helping out at church, or spending time with my wonderful husband.
