I believe that birth is intimate, powerful, and sacred. As women, we are called to participate in something beyond difficult, yet beyond fulfilling and beautiful. Because of this, I believe women deserve to be treated with dignity and honor.
I believe that children are a blessing and a gift from God, and birth should reflect that. The transformation into a mother is the greatest a woman makes in her lifetime, and birth is the first step of whole-body sacrifice and love on that momentous journey - and I am honored to be a part of it.
There are many ways to doula, but my approach is one of companionship. I prioritize getting to know both my clients and their husbands throughout the weeks leading up to their birth. I truly love my clients and want to enrich their experience through my knowledge and a deep and personal relationship.
